Purpose & Scope
These Terms apply to all online sales of souvenirs, gifts, and related products between RONELJAKE SAS (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any consumer (“you”, “the Customer”).
They govern the ordering, payment, delivery, and return of Products purchased via the website, both in France and internationally.
Pre-contractual Information
Before placing your order, you are informed — in accordance with Articles L111-1 and L221-5 of the French Consumer Code — of:
- The essential characteristics of the Products,
- Their total price including taxes and delivery costs,
- The accepted payment methods,
- The delivery conditions and estimated timeframe,
- The existence and terms of your withdrawal right,
- The legal guarantees applicable to the Products,
- And the available dispute resolution options.
Products
Products are described and presented with care. Images are illustrative only; minor variations (e.g. colour or texture) may occur without affecting the product’s essential features.
Personalised or custom-made items are excluded from withdrawal rights (Article L221-28).
All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify products at any time.
Prices, Taxes & Fees
All prices are listed in euros (€) and are net and final.
RONELJAKE is subject to the franchise en base de TVA, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI):
TVA non applicable – article 293 B du CGI.
Delivery costs are indicated at checkout before payment confirmation.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, and other charges are the Customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but orders are billed at the price shown when confirmed.
Orders & Contract Formation
Orders are placed exclusively online through the website.Before final submission, you may review and correct your order details.
Clicking the confirmation button labelled “Order with obligation to pay” constitutes acceptance of these Terms and creates a binding contract once payment is successfully processed.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, abnormal quantity, etc.).
Payment & Security
Payments are due in full upon ordering.
Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal,Apple Pay and any other method listed at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted via SSL, and no payment data is stored by RONELJAKE.Our payment partners comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
We may request additional verification (e.g. ID check) for fraud prevention.
Delivery, Risk & Receipt
We deliver within France, the EU, and internationally.The estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. RONELJAKE is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (customs, strikes, carrier delays, weather, force majeure).
Risk transfers to you upon physical delivery of the parcel.Upon receipt, please inspect your order. If damaged or missing, contact us within a reasonable period with photos and order details.
If delivery fails within an additional reasonable time after written notice, you may cancel and obtain a full refund.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the benefit of a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.To exercise this right, you may submit your request via our Refund Request Form or contact us directly at [email protected].
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless the return is due to our error (defective or damaged), return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.Unauthorized or unpaid returns will be refused.
If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, uncollected pickup, or unjustified refusal, RONELJAKE may deduct the initial shipping and any carrier return fees from the refund.
Additional conditions applicable to international or non-EU returns (including possible restocking fees) are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these CGV.
Exceptions to refundable items (Article L221-28):
- Customised or personalised products,
- Unsealed goods for hygiene reasons,
- Perishable goods,
- Digital content once accessed.
Return Costs
Customers have the benefit of a 14-day right of withdrawal from the

In such cases, RONELJAKE will cover the return shipping costs by providing you with a pre-paid return label.

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Form or by email to [email protected].
We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment, whichever is first. Refunds include the Product price and the standard delivery cost (express/premium shipping excluded).
We may deduct any reduction in value due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the Product.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered.Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Legal Guarantees
Your purchase is covered by French and EU consumer protection laws:
- Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-14):
Valid for 2 years from delivery. You may request repair or replacement; failing that, a price reduction or refund. All costs are borne by RONELJAKE. - Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code):
If a defect renders the item unfit for normal use, you may return it for a full refund or keep it with a partial refund.

Retention of Title
Products remain the property of RONELJAKE until full payment has been received.
Liability & Force Majeure
RONELJAKE is not liable for indirect losses (e.g. lost profit, data, or opportunity) or for misuse of the Products.
We are not responsible for failure or delay due to force majeure (as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code), such as war, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemic disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website — texts, photos, designs, logos, trade names, and code — are the exclusive property of RONELJAKE SAS or its licensors.
No reproduction, distribution, or modification is allowed without prior written consent.
Data Protection & Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and French law.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, French courts have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.
Severability, No Waiver & Updates
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
Failure by RONELJAKE to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect on the date of your order.
