Refund and Returns Policy
You have 14 days to initiate your return request from the purchase date, and another 14 days to drop off the package at a pick-up point. (Eurozone – Free of Cost).
*Note – The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, EXCEPT ANY PRODUCT DAMAGE.
1- Return conditions
– The product must be returned in its original package and label.
Does your product have a defect?
Following receipt of your return form, our customer service representative will advise you on the following procedure.
You may have not received the wrong product.

2- Set up your Return and Send the package.
Following receipt of this information you provided, our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please ensure that you return products only after receiving these instructions, as failure to do so may result in delays in return processing or additional fees.

Package

1. It will be quicker and simpler to identify and process your purchase if you pack up the products you intend to return and include your invoice and delivery documents in the package.
4. Select the nearest post office, print your return label, affix it to your sealed box, and deliver your parcel there.
3 – Refund Money
Following the receipt of your returned item(s), refunds will be handled within 20 working days and paid back to the original payment method used for the transaction. An email verifying receipt of your product(s) and associated reimbursement will be sent to you.
How can I exchange my product (s)?
If you live in the eurozone, you have the option to exchange the products from the collection that match the same price but in different sizes. Just choose the exchange option in the Return form. Note– (You are liable for paying extra costs associated with shipping.).
If you live outside of the eurozone, exchanges are not available at the moment. if you wish to receive a different size or color, just follow the standard return procedure (contact us) to be refunded, and then place a new order for your wish!
